1.1 Tradies Pty. Ltd. its subsidiaries and its affiliates (“Tradies/We/Us/Our”) respects Your privacy. So that You may understand how We deal with end-users ("You/Your") personal data We have set out how and why We collect, hold, use, manage, process and disclose Your personal data in this Privacy Policy.

1.3 This Privacy Policy applies to all Tradies applications (Apps), games, websites and related services (together, the "Services"). We may use any of Our group companies to assist Us perform Our business activities and functions, and this Privacy Policy should be interpreted so that “We/Us/Our” includes any of Our group companies.

1.4 The data controller responsible for your personal data is Tradies Pty. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of Australia with its registered office located at 56 Stringybark Rd. Buderim Queensland , Australia. As the data controller, Tradies Pty. Ltd. determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

This includes details such as the date and time You used the Service, the features You access, Your in-app purchase history, subscriptions, interactions with advertisements, and data generated through Your use of Our Services. For example, your game progress may be stored with your Google Play Games profile for Android devices or your Apple ID on iCloud for iOS devices, depending on the specific Service.

2.1.2 Device Information

We automatically collect information on the type of device you use, its operating system, screen resolution, the version of the application, mobile device identifiers (such as your device ID or advertising ID), your time zone, IP address and selected language.

2.1.3 Information obtained from third parties

2.1.4 Information obtained when you connect with third parties

In certain instances, we may offer you the option to link your account with third-party services, such as Google or Apple, directly through our Services. Should you elect to establish such a connection, we may receive publicly available information associated with your third-party account, as well as any additional data you have authorized or configured to be accessible. Depending on the permission settings you have established within the respective third-party account, this information may include your unique third-party identifier, gamer name or tag, full name, and email address. 2.1.5 Country Location

When you download and use our Services we automatically detect your country through your IP Address.

2.1.6 Cookies and data collection technologies

We, along with our third-party advertising networks and their respective partners, may employ cookies, mobile software development kits (“SDKs”), and similar technologies to deliver and customize our Services and to facilitate targeted advertising. Certain of these technologies may enable the synchronization of user behavior across various mobile applications, devices, and websites, allowing advertisements to be tailored to your inferred interests, a practice known as personalized advertising. Additionally, we and select advertising networks may access the inventory of applications installed on your device to prevent the promotion of advertisements for applications you have already installed. 4 Personal Data Retention

4.1 All Personal Data provided to Us will be held for so long as We reasonably require to provide Services to You or as otherwise required for regulatory or other legal purposes.

4.2 Personal data no longer required to retained under the purposes of 4.1 may be deleted or anonymized, and therefore no longer constitute Personal Data.

4.3 Upon deletion or anonymization of Personal Data, rights you have under relevant privacy legislation will no longer be able to be exercised. This may include the right to access, modify, request deletion or data portability.

5 How and When We may Disclose Personal Data that We Collect

5.1 We do not provide personal data to third parties except as in accordance with this Privacy Policy, any agreement We have with You or as permitted by the relevant law.

5.2 In accordance with this Privacy Policy, We may send personal data to third parties, including those located outside of the territory in which the individual’s personal data is collected for processing by people who work for Us or for one of Our suppliers or their contractors, including personnel engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of service delivery, the processing of payment details and the provision of support services.

5.3 Wherever an overseas transfer of personal data occurs, it will be made in accordance with applicable law. We only transfer Personal Data to third-party entities under standard contractual provisions which have been deemed by the European Commission to provide sufficient safeguards for Personal Data. All third-party providers have provided appropriate safeguards and levels of data protection as required by this Privacy Policy and appplicable law.

5.7 We may seek specific consent from You to share your information with third-parties. In this event, we will make it clear to You why we want to share Your information.

5.8 In the event that We undergo a change in ownership or control of Our business, whether in whole or in part, we may disclose and transfer your information to prospective funders or acquirers (and their professional advisors) during the preparatory stages of such a transaction or event, and subsequently to the actual funder or acquirer upon completion. Such transactions or events may encompass, without limitation, a partial or complete sale, merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, or any other form of change in control.

5.9 We may share your Personal Data to comply with applicable law, including relevant privacy legislation.

6 Age Limits for Children

6.1 We recognize the importance of affording heightened privacy protections to users who are children. Our Services are designed for a general audience and are intended for individuals aged 16 years and older. Accordingly, children under the age of 16 (or such higher age as may be mandated by applicable jurisdictional laws) are not permitted to download or use our Services. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. Should you have reason to believe that we may have inadvertently collected Personal Data from a device associated with a child under the age of 16 (or such other age as required by applicable law), or for any other pertinent reason, please submit a request to privacy@tradies.com for the deletion and restriction of processing of such Personal Data, and please uninstall Our Services from the associated device.

7 Website Cookies, Metadata and Site Data Activity

7.1 A cookie is a small piece of computer code which remains on Your device and contains information which helps Us identify Your browser. A cookie can be used to identify You, either by itself or with other data that is generated by Our website or that We or others may have access to.

7.2 When You visit Our websites, in the event We are using cookies, We will inform You as to what cookies We are using and what those cookies do by using a Cookie Notice. The Cookie Notice will appear on Our websites whenever You log in. Although We can always use cookies to ensure You get a better user experience of Our websites, the Cookie Notice features will allow You to control whether We can use the cookies for other uses such as Our marketing purposes or providing that cookie information to third parties for marketing or any other purposes.

7.5 Sometimes information that You upload is provided with associated metadata. If You do not want Us ( or third parties) to use the metadata You must remove it by erasure from the underlying document/materials properties before uploading it onto the website and other applications and tools.

7.6 Where You have agreed to allow Us to use personal data for internal use to improve Our products and services using the Cookie Notice, We may collect data that is associated with Your visit to Our website, including the pages Your visit, the activities You undertake on Our website, the preferences You indicate, the applications and tools You use, the purchases You make, and the competitions You enter, etc. We may also collect information relating to the computer, mobile phone or other device including the device type, browser, location, IP address and search words used. 8.1 Our Services includes links to other third party websites, games, applications and tools ("External Content Providers") that are not owned or operated by Us. We are not responsible for the content of those External Content Providers, nor for any products, services or information contained in them or offered through them. We do not endorse, recommend, condone or represent the companies or any content on External Content Providers and may terminate the link or linking program at any time.

9 Your Legal Choices and Rights

9.1 Under applicable privacy legislation We must ensure that Your personal data is accurate and up to date. Therefore, please advise Us of any changes to Your personal data promptly.

9.2 If You want to find out what personal data We hold on You, or You believe any of Your personal data that is held by Us:

9.4 We will aim to respond to any complaint within 10 business days of the date of receipt. We will attempt to resolve Your complaint to Your satisfaction. If You are not satisfied with how We deal with Your complaint You may contact the relevant regulatory authority in Your country.

9.5 If You make any such complaint, We may be obliged to report that complaint to the relevant regulator within the time frames set out in the relevant legislation. We may also be obliged to self-report breach of privacy to the relevant regulator within the time frames set out in the relevant legislation.
